Before your first class
Can beginners join?
Yes. Classes welcome students of all ages, body types and experience levels, including complete beginners.
What's the difference between group and private coaching?
Group coaching means practising with other students. Private coaching is one-to-one and shaped around your own goals and pace.
What happens in a class?
Classes link breath and movement. Along with the poses, you'll practise mindfulness, self-compassion and energy awareness. Each class is planned fresh, so no two are the same.
